Problem is they changed management. It started out wonderfully - pilates, step classes, spinning - and it all went away with no consideration that they always had full classes. Since I'm not an 'equipment' person, I joined FOR the classes. I also felt I should have been reimbursed after they changed the format. What was unethical was that they still were not telling new people that there were no classes. They started charging $3 per class but the intent was to 'cancel' class (as lots of people were angry they had to pay all this extra $) so they were hoping only a couple of people showed so they could cancel. It's want they really wanted to do. It was very poor business ethics. They lost the two of us because of this (as well as a bunch of people that were going to join until I talked them out of it).
