If you care at all about dogs, don't buy your dog from a STORE! Dogs are not products and NO respectable breeder would sell their dogs in a store. So if you want to buy a dog, go to a known breeder. But your best bet is to ADOPT. There are plenty of dogs in shelters, purebred ones too, go to www.petfinder.com
Head up the steps to this live music venue in the town of Huntington. The crowd varies depending upon who is playing. Large place, big bar, lot's of couches and seating.
I was here to see some live music. Place was very packed, they also had a lot of outside seating. Nice vibe, good place for drinks. I think they serve food too but I didn't have any.
If you are looking to eat a delicious thin crust personally selected pie with the freshest of ingredients (garlic, basil etc.) this is a great spot for lunch or dinner. No slices here, personal pies.
I went to Dr Berlin for arch pain I have been having. He xrayed my foot and made some recommendations including icing and medications. I probably have to go back for further treatment. Nice guy, nice office staff. Good podiatrist if you need one.
Dr Matalon is a sweetheart and a very kind and caring person. He immediately puts you at ease. My Mom and I have been coming to him for years. He will answer any question you have and he'll put your worries to rest. I hope he never retires. :)
If you want to do something great for you and your dog, enroll in a class here. Much cheaper than in-home training, you will really get a lot out of this and your dog will thank you. Great for puppies and then adult dogs. They also offer agility classes. Very experienced trainers!
I wish I lived closer to this place so I'd never have to go to Petco again. They have the best brands, they are always fully stocked. Lot's of natural food options for both dogs and cats. Lot's of brands I haven't seen elsewhere. The prices are right too!
My friend and I came here on a pretty busy Saturday night. There was no one obvious there to greet you. There is a pizza area for take out, which we had heard was good. The restaurant portion was quite busy. We were seated quickly once we worked our way to the hostess. Our waitress was very lost and not at all attentive. She barely looked at us and when we needed her she was no where to be found. We waited for some time for our entrees. The food, 2 different pasta dishes, was tasteless and undercooked. The zucchini stick appetizer was soggy and cold. We had ordered some take out meals at the same time as ordering our meals which the waitress said she would take care of as we were finishing up - it was never ordered. She completely forgot. We were going to order dessert but she took so long coming back to our table, we decided to forget it. Would NOT go back. Maybe the pizza is better.
I had a great experience here the other night. While I was almost put off by the lack of options for vegetarians, the hostess convinced me to stay and I am glad we did. For appetizer we split a special salad with goat cheese and walnuts, which was very fresh and delicious. We also shared a pumpkin ravioli appetizer which was outstanding. The bread they put on the table includes biscuits - yum. The food in general has a southern flair. For my entree I had the only option, a grilled vegetable platter which ended up being delicious - grilled with a balsamic vinegar, a great selection of veggies, hummus and pita. Really well seasoned and tasty. My friend had scallops which she loved. Finally for dessert we ordered the red velvet cake and the pecan pie - there are no words. My only frustration was that they don't allow you to order anything from the bar menu at the table - a macaroni and cheese dish included. But for the food offered and the great service, I would return.
