This is a cheap basic motel that is clean and in a good neighbor hood. We ordered out and it didn't take long to get it. There was a conveniant store next to. Staying one night here is not bad.
We were looking looking for a room and found Towne Manor Motel. It has its your private room accessable from the outside parking lot. There was other people in the rooms around us but they weren't really noisy but their TV was loud. It was ok but we usually prefer Hotels.
We stayed one night and got in late so we dropped verything and went to sleep. They had a nice TV that had local activites broadcasted on its own channell. We liked the comfortable beds and the room was a little bigger than what we are used to.
Ninety-One has a regular menu for lunch and dinner. We went there and had rootbeer floats. They were oversized beer mugs filled with a big scoop of vanilla Icecream. It was good and served a couple minutes after ordering.
I stayed at Mckinley while in Canton. It had a very nice, modern looking interior. They had elevators near the entrance so I didn't have to carry my luggage a distance. The room was about as big as one in the Holiday Inn. The front desk called when I went upstairs and let me know they have room service if needed. I had a nice stay.
Another Diner we had breakfast in. They had different toppings for the pancakes. I had the short stack with blueberries and thought it was pretty good. My son liked the waffles and bagels.
We had the chicken potpie at Nicole's. It was strips ofchicken with thick cuts of dough. they let you have seconds only. It came with fresh hot rolls. Nothing special I've had better potpie in NewJersey. The service and desserts were top notched.
This is agood steak and seafood restaurant. I had the surf and Turf, steak and lobster. They give you a NY strip and lobster tail. They cooked my steak exactly the way I like it. The meal came with a self serv salad bar and rolls.
Darrah's is open fror Breakfast,Lunch and Dinner. I've been there for breakfast. You can get eggs, waffles, pancakes,or omlets. The pancakes are plentiful you get 3 or 5 stacked. The omlets are large also. The food is better than McDonalds or Burger King for breakfast,I haven't eaten lunch or dinner here.
I ate at Lindsey's on a Saturday night around 9 pm. The restaurant was full. They have a bar and it was busy also. I had the filet Mignon and it was cooked to my specifications. I had the bacon and cheese steak fries and they were awesome. There pecan pie is one of the best. Service was good and the place was clean.
