Rose Tree Inn
I have eaten here a couple of times. Each time the food has been excellent, but the service has varied a lot. One time the service was fast and courteous. The last time I was going to eat I finally left after waiting in the lobby for about 25 minutes. A couple that came in after me chased down the hostess to ask about being seated and she chewed them a new one. There were lots of tables open, they just were not seating people in any kind of timely manner.
Nooddi & Nadia Thai Cuisine
They have a good meal package on the weekends. The noodles are excellent. The selection is good and everything I have tried is delicious. The portions are good, not large or small.
Shere Epunjab
They have a lunch buffet on weekends and all of their food is available for take out. The dining room is comfortable and quiet. The food is great, I recomend the chicken vindaloo.
Marty's Ex-Exon
Marty runs this little service shop with 1 mechanic. The mechanic does almost all of the work and Marty supervises (he does not get around as well as he used to and can't do all of the work anymore). Their prices are good and they do not find unnecessary work when they do state inspections.
I highly recommend them.
Springfield Ford Inc
I bought a new Ford from them. Part of their deal is that they throw in the first couple of scheduled maintenance (oil changes) for free. After the free trips ran out I have been going to oil change places because the service department is not speedy. They do not even put on a show that they care about completing the work on your car in anything like a timely manner. The work was always done correctly and well, just not quickly.
Yangtze Inn
The selection is typical of take-outs. They do delivery in the Media area. There are a couple of tables for eating but they are really not set up for dining in.
The General Tso chicken is great.
Torosian James P Dds - Rose Tree Dental Group
I started going to Rose Tree because I had a sudden dental need. They were able to make an appointment for me on short notice and worked well with my insurance company to get as much of the work covered as possible.
The repairs are excellent and the cleaning I have had since was very good. The dentist started the cleaning and conducted a routing checkup and then the assistant took over. At past dentists I have gone to it was always the other way round. The dental assistant did the entire cleaning and then called in the dentist who did the checkup.
C B Perkins
CB Perkins is located on the upper floor of Granite Run mall at the top of the escalators. The selection is good and the prices are fair, but there is nowhere to smoke in the shop. Don't hang around the doors to the mall smoking either, I have seen Security and the Police hassling smokers, most looked to be underage but the mall doesn't want smokers hanging out at the doors.
Chloe
The menu is not extensive but the food is great. They are happy to keep your wine cool for you while you are ordering (or keeping the second bottle cool).
Light'N Up Premier Smoke Shop
The humidor is large and well stocked. They a helpful staff that are always ready to help you find a great smoke. There is a couch and TV if you want to sit down and hang out for a while.
The only hassle is getting in and out of the parking lot. If you are coming up 95 North when you get off at the exit drive through the Staples lot and go under the exit ramp to cross over to the parking lot for Light'N Up.
