They have the standard espresso drinks and a few muffins. They've got an outdoor shaded patio for summer time. They've got a drive through window. So - why should you pick Coffee Bean over any other espresso shop. My main reason to visit is the coffee milk shakes, made with REAL ice cream (not soft serve). They take a little longer, but are definitely worth it (and worth the calories). These have been a big favorite with my sons.
This is a full-service Les Schwab. The tire guys and the office staff are friendly. Schwab knows tires! Free popcorn and coffee while you wait. I've bought batteries here as well as tires. I got a good recommendation on the battery.
A must-see if you're in Richland. Great photos of Richland history along the walls. Also great atomic memorabilia in the entry. Pizza is good, with some really nice specialty pizzas. I recommend the beer sampler (6 different ales in shot glasses). Outdoor patio is nice in summer time. The location is convenient for a business lunch.
Moon painted our house and painted the exterior of our house. They did a great job cleaning the house before-hand. They gave us an estimate and stuck to it. The color was great! We've gotten many compliments on our paint job, and some neighbors picked Moon after they saw the job done at our house. Mr. Moon is friendly and honest.
This is where I take my car. 'nuff said? McCue's has a number of SAE-certified mechanics: check out the diplomas on the wall. They are reasonably priced, and always get your authorization before making repairs. They do quality work, and I've never had any problems with the repairs they've done. I recommend McCue's to anyone.
Tracy moved from West Richland. He now has a convenient location near the corner of Stevens Blvd. and Saint St. This is right on the main route to and from the Hanford site. Tracy is honest - he won't "rip you off." He knows his cars, and can fix your older model.
CBRC lives up to its motto as the Tri-Cities premier fitness club. Prices are on the high end for the Tri-Cities, so try to join using one of the specials or connection with an employer who has a corporate rate (like PNNL). CBRC is definitely "full service" compared to other Tri-Cities fitness clubs. You can get tennis and they have great tennis socials. Racquetball is available, as well as "traditional" aerobics machines, free weights, and state-of-the-art weight machines (think Nautilus). There are several on site professional trainers. Massage and tanning is available. There are TWO pools, a wamer indoor pool and a cooler outdoor lap pool (inside a bubble in winter). There is a full-size basketball court with regular pick-up games. Sounds pretty good, doesn't it? Also, this is the best-located finess club to stop at on your way to or from the Hanford site or PNNL.
I did not take flight school from Bergstrom Aircraft, but do have 1st hand experience. Once a year they offer free flights for youngsters, and reduced prices for ride-along parents. My 10-year old son took the free lesson, and the instructor let him do the take-off! My son also took the controls in flight (the instructor landed, of course). We did it again the next year, and it was just as much fun! The instructors were very nice. If I was taking flight school, Bergstrom would be my first choice!
This is the "typical" Mongolian grill experience, but it's a good one. Food is filling and nutritious. Service is prompt, and prices are reasonable. Rice and soup comes at no additional charge. This is on my frequent eating list. Mongolian Grill is a big hit with my college-age and high-school sons. Mom & Dad enjoy it too.
Venezia's is out of the way for a casual lunch, but if you're in far North Richland it's one of the few (and best) choices. They're only open for lunch, catering to the crowd from Hanford site and Pacific NW National Lab. They have some interesting Greek offerings to go with traditional Italian food. Staff is friendly, and service is fairly quick.
