I love Joe Ts. Great Atmosphere. Great Service. Sometimes it has a long wait but it is worth it. I order the enchiladas. I am not too crazy about the fajitas but they are ok. The family style side dishes are excellent. Good Guacamole. Love the beans and rice. Last but not least are the cheese nachos that automatically come with the enchilada plate. (not the fajitas) This is a place you must visit. Though the mixed drinks are seriously great....they are expensive compared to decent price on the food.
My in laws eat here every Friday. Its cheap and great quality home cooking. My mother couldnt have made it better. (Sorry mom) I like the chop steak and chicken fried steak. Also the catfish is pretty good. I also like there salad. I love that it is a christian based business. It is about 6-8 bucks per person to eat here. The only thing that is a little confusing is when you have to be seated. Sometimes you have to seat yourself and sometimes they want you to wait. But it always gets worked out and the service is good and quick. This is not a fancy place. It is a whole in the wall local cafe and very yummy.
My in-laws live in this area and every time I see them I have to stop and get a chicken salad sandwich on there homemade bread. Tried making it at home and I just cant get it as good. This is probably the best chicken salad I have ever eaten. I am seriously addicted. I also had my bridal shower in there upstairs loft area. I love the scene here because the building is pretty old and has a historical feel.
