This is a great small town hardware store that not only carries basic hardware supplies but cute home interior items. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A must see for locals as well as out of towners.
This is a good place to get a pedicure but be prepared for a wait. The staff is professional and they take the time to do the job right. I recommend a call ahead appt to prevent and extensive wait time.
This is the best nail place in Middletown. The staff is friendly and they take pride in their work. The salon is always clean and you never have to wait too long even when you just walk in.
This store is easier to move through than the other stores in the area and it's usually less crowded. Their prices are about 5%-10% higher than the other stores in the area. Their produce is marginal. Best part of this place is that it's usually "faster" if you are in a hurry.
This little place on a small strip mall in Middletown has a decent menu with good italian ambiance. The quality of food is moderate and slightly over priced but it's the nicest place for italian food in town.
We used this service last summer. They oversprayed our yard and killed a bunch of our shrubs. I had to haggle with them for weeks before they would finally fess up and offer some re-imbursement for the problem. Services in general seemed marginal for the lawn as they constantly tell you the lawn isn't green because it's not being watered enough. The shrub feeding service however really seemed to help our shrubs this yeard.
Competitors to the folks across the street. These guys are a standard local neighborhood store. They keep a decent shop, don't expect microbrews or rare wines here but their prices are decent and they have the staples.
This store is really the only game in town for folks in the Northern Middletown area and they obviously no it. They price 10%-15% higher than any other local liquore store. The selection is decent but if you can make the drive into town you'll save a decent amount of money.
These guys have quite a large selection but tend to be about 5% more expesive than Kreston's. There selection beer and wine is quite good. Their location is easy to get to and the staff is always freindly.
Less convenient to "towners" than smith's liquors. This joint has a much better selection and is a little better maintained on the inside. Pricing is about the same as Smith's...I think the same person owns them both. They definitely have a wider selection here.
