In February 2008, I took my Subaru in for a simple oil change. They didnt replace the radiator cap, nor did they plug the oil properly. The result - a TOTALED car. Dealing with their liability insurance company was a horrendous experience - where they made me feel like this was my fault and I should feel lucky that they were accepting fault. Their agent even had the nerve to congratulate me. A month and a half latter I recievced a settlement, well below what it should have been. Bottom line - if you want to keep your car - Dont use Walts!
