First of all, the parking is a little tricky in this area. There is a parking garage in back though. The restaurant is okay, but kind of dark and non-descriptive. I'd rate the food as a little above average. I've tried the Shepherd's pie and fish and chips. The beer is better than average. If I could, I would give a 3.5 star rating.
I just got back from dinner at Three Thai Sushi.Restaurant. The service was very good. All dishes are available vegetarian style or you pay a few dollars extra to have meat added. The green curry that I had was delicious. I also had a bite of some of my companions' orders -- Chicken Yellow Curry, Panang Curry, and Ginger Entree. All of them were very good too. For dinner, most dishes run from $11 to $14.
When I went here for a wine tasting, it was so crowded. It was very rushed and since this was the first time that I'd gone to a wine tasting, I needed more instruction. The wine was okay. The drive there was very pretty though.
Doukenie Winery is a nice place to go whether or not an event is taking place. Two friends and I took a drive out there, met the big black dog who hangs out there, and tasted some wines. The raspberry merlot is the best dessert wine that I've ever tasted. The "Taste of Italy" event is not to be missed. Good food, wine tasting, a tour, and fun things to do.
I must always go here at the right times, because I've never had to wait for a table. If the weather is nice, we usually sit outside. The chips and salsa are very good. I love the Swirls. The last time I was there I had the Salmon A La Parrilla, which was very good.
I've always had a cone or dish of custard, and, have never tried a sundae. You have your choice of cones here. There are two standard flavors, vanilla and chocolate, and a flavor of the day (you can see them on the website). The custard is rich, creamy, and delicious.
A friend took me to Indigo Landing for my birthday in October. We sat outside on the patio. What a view! It was wonderful being close to the river and seeing the planes coming to and flying from the airport. The food and service were spectacular too!
I've had the chicken sandwich and a quarter chicken here. The chicken is moist and tasty. The white and green sauce are great on both. Make sure you get a side of yucca, which is very good.
You get a lot of food for your money here. Most entrees come with salad or soup, the entree, and dessert. If you want a dessert other than the pudding or whatever is included with the meal, there's a dessert case with cakes and pies which look very good. The staff is very friendly here.
This dollar store is big in comparison to others where I've shopped. One thing that I really appreciate is the fact that it is always neat -- items aren't thrown all over the place. Besides the usual dollar store items, they also carry bath rug sets, dish drainers (name brands), and nice plastic ware.
