I had Superior PC Services service my HP Pavillion a6500f Desktop computer that I purchased less than a year ago from HP. Called HP for some tech support since I couldn't get windows to load. They suspected the hard drive had failed and sent out a replacement hard drive and a technician for Superior PC Services was assigned to my case number. Upon the tech's diagnosis it was determined this repair could be done without losing all my data which was not backed up. The technician, Ben, repaired my system and made sure the hard drive was working okay. From what I was told by him and HP, if I was to have the hard drive replaced, I would lose all my data since the drive has to go back.
