We love shopping at Footsteps. The staff is world class in helping us find what we need. If they don't have it, they go out of their way to find it for us.
We eat here sometimes. The food is always great and the service is always quick. It's always a small time feel to the restaurant makes dining a pleasure.
We ate lunch here one time with our mommies group! The staff was wonderful in taking care of our large group. The food was great too. It was so nice to spend time with new friends!
Dr Barefoot is the sweetest doctor I know. I had to have a procedure done several years ago and he was so sweet. I was in so much pain, that I forced him to stop the medical procedure and we couldn't continue. He never charged me for it. How awesome is that? He didn't even act like most dr's you think and be mad. he was really concerned for my health and for that i will never forget him.
We've eatten at the Sunrise Grill several times. It's pretty good food for the price. The restaurant in itself is rather small, so it's always a packed house!
We absolutly love this mexican restaurant. Has nothing to do with the fact that they are the only ones in Locust! This place is awesome. We walk in and feel right at home. It's a wonderful meal, reasonably priced. The kids love munching on the chips and salsa! Very kid friendly. As a family we highly recommend this restaurant!
Romp and Roll is a great place to take the kids. We attended during their open house and really loved it. I hate that we're so far away to really enjoy it all the time.
We have attended birthday parties at this site too and loved the way the staff handled everything. They were very nice and made the birthday family feel very special.
We purchased our first riding mower from Oakboro Tractor last spring. The staff was top notch in their knowledge of all their products.
More recently we were in the Christmas parade and PawPaw Bruce drove one of these tractors in the Oakboro parade. I thought it was really neat that the store would allow this. What a great company!!!
Troutman's BBQ used to so wonderful back when they were across the street in the little building. Now that they've moved to the bigger building, service has gone from wonderful to wonderfully not. The food was always great, but now it's usually cold. The staff is still just as friendly, but now they don't have time to say much other than taking your order and hurrying to the next table. The small time feel of Troutman's is gone, now that they've moved. We miss the hometown ties of the smaller restaurant.
We love that you can walk in at any given time and get a hot fresh pizza for only 5.00bucks! And it's always so yummy!!!! We'll often get a pizza on our way to our friends house after doing erronds all morning! So much cheaper than stopping at a fast food joint!
