Alpine Ski hunt has a rather limited sports selection, but a pretty good ski selection. They tend t be more expensive, but you get better quality product's.
I have been going here since I was a little boy. They have always been professional and well run. When I moved away they were able to send me my history and made a recommendation on where to go.
Ace will have just about anything you need related to glass. They do have a bit of a corner on glass sales, but the people were friendly (limited), and the product was fine.
This is the only place my family will go when it comes to car/home audio. They carry top quality products, but they charge more for those products. They also have really nice workers.
If your a student you MUST stop here before going to the school bookstores. They buy a lot of books back also. If your a local, they have a selection of used book but you might be better suited with Amazon.com
We had a group of 15 or so. They served family style so we all could share, which help on the price, since the portions are bigger than normal restaurants.
The subs were not to bad and they did have Stewart's soda so that was a plus, but don't' expect much. Also service is non existent so if you do go, just get your food and leave.
The owner was cooking food when I walked in. Him and everybody else was very friendly, and the food was really good and hot. I would certainly recommend.
The food was nice, but I would consider it a bit expensive for a small time family restaurant. one of the better date restaurants in Oneonta, I like the woodsy atmosphere.
Having moved down to the south many years ago I can say how much I miss Mama Nina's. I would also say best pizza in Oneonta, plus open late for those night cravings.
