I don't really want to write this review because it's one of my favorite spots where the old time locals go. So I'm going to gie it a really bad review with only one star so no one else goes there.
Excellent spot for people watching on the Pearl Street Mall. They have daily lunch specials and an extensive outdoor seating area so we go here when the weather is warm. It's fun to hang out seeing the folks walk by. It's even better when the piano player is set up as one of the street performers as he's close by.
We've only been here once as the prices are outrageous. But the food is outrageous too! How this chef and the rest of the kitchen is able to prepare these dishes is beyond me. It's magic! But since we're just poor typical folks, we can't afford to go back to this restaurant :(
We will drive all the way out to Lafayette to get our Smashburgers! This place has got to be one of the best burger joints in the area and it's CLEAN!
Located on the walking part of the Pearl Street Mall, this is where I go for a slice at lunchtime. They're quick and delicious and cheap! They typically have a two slices and drink deal. Excellent service.
This is the original location of Salvaggio's. If you're driving, you'll want to go here and not the one on Pearl as there is plenty of parking here. Be sure to try any of the sandwiches with Roast Beef. It's my favorite!
This is the location right on the walking part of the Pearl Street Mall. It's a hut with to-go only. The breakfast sandwiches are the best. Well, the lunch sandwiches are the best. Okay... it's all good. Best part is that the meats used are Boarshead!
The food here is delicious! Problem is that the service isn't always the best. I always feel like the staff have better things to do than to deal with me. Unfortunate as the kitchen knows how to make some amazingly fantastic meals. I always feel torn about going here.
This is at least a two hour meal in an authentic middle eastern setting. It's fun for families or groups. The lamb and artichoke is my favorite. Be sure to make reservations and ask to be there at the times of the belly dancer!
We just had breakfast here last weekend. I had the burrito with green chili - YUM! and the hubby had a normal omelet with all the fixings. It's a standard easy breakfast spot, nothing fancy.
