Guppy's Good Times
The one time I went here, it was extremely crowded. They had a live band which was cool but way too loud. Decent drink selection. Lots of places to sit also.
Blarney Stone Inc
My friends and I go to The Blarney Stone on a regular basis. They have a great selection of food and drinks and they have great specials throughout the week. The place is never really crowded either.
Coneheads
This was a great find after moving 1000 miles and needing some comfort. They have the creamiest ice cream I've ever tasted. They have expanded to include but I still go for the ice cream.
Pely's Hair Boutique
A one-woman hair salon with a long list of consistly returning customers. I have been with her since she started at a chain salon in a mall and then left to create her own business.
Walgreens
Who doesn't love dollar stores. There is tons of stuff here and a great place for last minute needs. The quality is not the highest but what can you expect for a dollar.
Hot Wok
A favorite place of local employees. They have a few tables to eat at but most of their food is take-out. Their menu is in Chinese and English. They have a small kitchen.
New Life Thrift Shop
This store expanded from a small church basement to a large building of its own. It contains furniture, clothing and tons of household items that are used but still usable.
Pro Drum & Percussion Ctr
I took drum lessons at Pro Drum. The staff really knows what they are talking about and the shop has lots of equipment. There isn't anything else like it in the area.
Sweet Magnolia
This is a shop that has very nice, high end, craft items that includes all kinds of fabric and ceramic gifts. The only drawback is that the prices are a bit steep.
Dovetail Artisans
This little shop sits quietly in a semi-busy street in a small town. It represents a very unique stock of one-of-a-kind items jewelry to wall hangings to wooden boxes. Many items come from local artisans.
