Eric, Doogle and the rest of the crew here are great! Not only do they have the knowledge about wine, but they have the experience... These guys have not only drank the wine they sell, they have worked on the vineyards that grew the grapes. They are experienced in pairing and just plain enjoying the vino they sell. For good deals and knowledge check these guys out.
If you have a VW take it here. Not only do these guys know what the hell they are doing their nice guys. Marcel and Rich talk to with respect and teach you about what is happening with your car. Another plus when visiting these two is they are fair on labor prices (cheapest VW mechanics I've found so far). Both of these guys love VW's and want to help you get yours back on the road!
I love to support these guys. The service is a pleasure and the food is quite tasty. It is a family run business and very small. During the winter you they have room for about 16-20 people tops, but in the summer you can sit outside at one of their picnic tables. Prices are pretty good, but most of all the food is tasty.
The owner of this business is innovative and on the ball. Kim seems to accommodate all people in some way. Drop off your dry cleaning, grab dinner for the family, get your morning coffee, book a party for your kids 6th birthday, have them cater a party at your house, or just get a quick smoothie! Just like her website says, "Mama's got you covered."
Doc Brown may seem like a grumpy old man at first, but once you get past that you find him to be one of the most knowledgeable motorcycle guys around. I have yet to stump the guy. Don't expect to find the part by yourself in his shop, but give him a minute and he'll dig through boxes and come up with it. Support local and shop Doc. Brown!
These guys have a pretty good selection of equipment, parts, helmets, and other accessories. The also know a lot about the bikes they work on. If you looking for a job well done try these guys. They can be a little snooty and are on the higher side per hour labor.
When this place first opened they had a great happy hour so we wanted to try it out. The drinks were well priced and they had a few appetizers that were fairly cheap. The beat salad was great as was the queso fundido. I highly recommend you check this place out.
I love this place. It's the only place I buy flowers anymore. The selection is high quality and the flowers last for a good amount of time. I love to pick out my own but the staff is always ready to give suggestions. If you need to apologize, hit up Sammy's
This theater is awesome! Not only can you enjoy a brew and some pizza, but they show first run movies. I also don't know of any theater in Portland showing first run movies for $6. If you go before 3 it's even cheaper! A way cool place in St. Johns!!
I wouldn't have eaten here just by looking at this place, but my friend recommended them. So glad that I tried the food. The salmon is great, the chicken teriyaki is charred and tasty, and the iceburg salad has a strange but tastey dressing.
