I had a referral to this place and absolutely love it! My physical therapist was well educated and I loved the therapy we did for my lower back. It was very relaxing and I looked forward to my appointments. It was a good break from other life stresses.
Steamatic Inc
Last winter we left for a family vacation and we came back to a flooded house. Our pipes froze! We lost most of our furniture. The people at Steamatics were very kind and helpful during this stressful time.
Rydell Gm Auto Ctr
I love that they offered free services to help us put in our baby car seat. We were first time parents and we wanted to make sure we put the car seat in correctly. They have this available to the community every month once a week.
The only part that wasn't so fun was waiting in line. :)
Home of Economy Inc.
I like that this store has pretty much everything you need but we totally got gypped from the furniture department. We bought a really nice bedroom set there. We bought the set thinking we'd be getting all 4 pc. they were selling. They said they had the chest of drawers in the warehouse and they'd just have to call it in. So we bought everything else but that piece. Well, apparently after 3 months of waiting for this dresser, they call to tell us it was sold to someone else and that there was some mess up. I guess it's not that big of a deal since we weren't charged for it but still. We bought the set thinking we'd get everything. We never bought a chest of drawers so my husband pretty much has all of his clothes stashed way in our closet and in a few drawers of my dresser. We can't order another piece because the Vineyard company no longer makes this style.
Panda Restaurant
This is your typical Chinese food restaurant. The buffet is very tasty and has a good variety of foods. I like that they have pizza available because sometimes my daughter just isn't in the mood for Chinese. :) The only thing I wouldn't recommend there is their sushi or sushi mi. Wasn't very good.The main reason why I would recommend this place is because of the Mongolian Grill. You pick all the veggie and meat/seafood you want and they will cook it right in front of you. I LOVE that they have squid too. It's delicious.
Whitey's Cafe
The atmosphere gave me the feeling of being in a cafe back in the 50's. They have really good seafood but I guess their liver is over-cooked. The service was satisfactory.
L'Bistro
I never thought I would find an Italian restaurant that would taste just as good as if you were in Italy. L'Bistro is very close! The pastas are to die for. The last time I went I tried one of the seasonal drinks called Sangria. Now, it is hard to find really good Sangria so I was impressed. The Sangria tasted better here than it did in the Canary Islands!
Northside Cafe
My husband and I stop at this place on our way home from church on Sundays. It reminds me of a little cafe I had in my hometown growing up. The open-faced hot turkey sandwich is the best. I grew up calling them 'commericals'. If you're not in the mood for cooking at home, this is the place to go.
Paradiso Mexican Restaurant
I had ordered a Chimichunga and it was absolutely delicious. The drinks were tasty as well. I thought the atmosphere was great. They have flat screen tvs, which helps pass the time when you're waiting for your food.
Red Pepper
All I could taste was the spices. If you like extremely spicy food, this is your kind of place. I was willing to give it a try because my husband said he heard it's one of the best cheapest places to eat mexican food.
