The New Lines really suck, but I understand it!
I am more upset with the clientele here (I am a customer) but don't agree with these other customers on the days I go there. Most of the customers, are grumpy, old people that just want their smokes and leave, not to say hi, not to say have a good day
I like the place, besides the line, if your happy, you can make your cashier happy. Some are slow, some are happy, some are funny, we all have our days, but thats why we drive almost an hr away..GREAT prices, pleasant staff.
I can't say enough! I made an apt. on-line, and Robert called me back to make an appointment and answer any of my questions or concerns I had. After answering everything, I set up an apt. just for when I wanted at a great time. Eileen arrive just a few min. off time but that is because traffic around our area is horrendous, but only 13 min. off the apt. time, so NOT a big deal in the least. We talked a few min and my gabby warmed up to her right away! Since I knew the women's name I got my baby all excited before Eileen walked up to us. (I waited outside, i was so excited) So gabby knew who was coming and knew mommy approved and that everything would be OK. Yes a Lil pricey, but its so worth it. The animal is in a totally different environment, one on one service. She smells GREAT, she looks great and Eileen did a great job on gabby. It saved me the aggravation of a bouncy dog trying to jump out of the tub/sink, me looking like I took a bath with the dog and the drive time, since I CAN'T stand to drive in Houston.This is def. a great company, here in Houston and glad that I took the chance!! Eileen was great, Robert I believe the owner or Manager in the area was wonderful and real personable as well. Thanks for a great experience, I am so happy and so is miss gabby gab!
