My experience at Hot Shots was great. They offer Aveda products and knowledgeable cosmetologists. The service is amazing and the pricing is very good. The only draw back was that I really wanted a massage and they didn't have a massage therapist at their full service location.
I went to Rosina's a week before a gave birth and it was a magnificent day for me. I suggest purchasing a package. It is very affordable and the masseuse, esthetician and manicure technician were wonderful in getting me relaxed.Rosina's signature blends tickled my senses when I had my facial. I have told everyone they must try it.
The restaurant is a little small but has a very exclusive feel to it. The menu is set up very nicely and the wait staff is wonderful. I have to say that our waiter Diego was wonderful, he gave great suggestions and was very attentive with us.
The meal was amazing and our dessert was a wonderful top off.
I would go there again in a heart beat.
PRO: Good service, good prices, good portions
CON: A little dark, hostess is a little strange
This place is great and conveniently located in downtown San Jose near the mall. The prices are good, the portions are even better. I highly recommend this place to anyone with a quick little need for Mid East cuisine.
I love the older woman who greets you and seats you, she is a doll! The food is very delicious and fresh. At the end of your meal you are pleasantly surprised with a tasty little glass of plum wine by the older woman who greeted you when you first walked in.The prices are good, the wait can be long, the place is a bit small but all well worth it.
Everything there is made fresh. The place is huge and the staff is friendly. The selections are to die for and the cakes and concoctions are fun.
You can get tasty fudge there as well. It is centrally located on Park Street so it is a great place to stop by while you window shop on a lazy Saturday afternoon.
This is a great place to eat if you partied all night and need something to get you over the next day jitters.
Their food is a bit greasy and they have WAY TOO MUCH on their menu, it's kind of like a nightmare.
The pancakes are tasty and breakfast scrambles are fine, again, just a bit greasy.
PRO: good price
CON: Super long wait and greasy food
We were instantly seated, which is good but then our waiter took forever to take our drink and food order. I saw another waiter make a delicious olive oil and cheese concoction for all his patrons and our waiter did not do it for us... I guess I felt a little left out.
My meal was good but the chicken was a little dry. My husband's pasta was good as he inhaled it all.
I would expect better service for the price.
This is probably my favorite place to eat lunch. They have many interesting sandwiches and salads. When you order your meal to go, it comes neatly packed with their signature organza bow. It is like opening a gift before your meal with a pleasant surprise to tickle your taste buds once you try it.
I recommend the Sweet Potato Sandwich, sounds strange but is oh so tasty!
The array of freshly made pastries and breads is also one to knock your socks off!
This restaurant is large and has a little store located in the restaurant. The many selections are all worth trying once. The wait staff is very helpful with finding new things to try and the margarita's are super delicious and super strong, one of those big boys will lay you out but oh so worth it.
I suggest trying their chicken mole.
