I have done business with McNeill's on and off since 1992. I have never had a problem with their service or ethics during this time. Repair staff are always super polite and caring about your situation. They are usually very busy, so call in advance if you can. You just can't help the unfortunate circumstances that occur though. I will be visiting their store tomorrow to shop for a new refrigerator. I've never bought an appliance from them so we will see how that goes and post it here.
Follow-Up from above review.
I visited McNeill's yesterday. It's like stepping back in time in a pleasant way. I spoke with Virginia who was a very sweet and nice lady. I walked in really wanting to purchase a refrigerator from them. Unfortunately their prices range from 300 to 500 dollars more than Home Depot, Lowes, Conn's, Fry's, Best Buy, and some others I looked at in regards to the type of refrigerator I was shopping for. Too bad. Don't forget though, they have a great repair service.
I bought a used boat from these guys some years ago. They were honest and sincere. I bought a used boat because I'd never had a boat and didn't want to waste money on a new boat and destroy it. Long story short, I didn't have time for a boat at all. I took it back to McGoy's a few years later and they sold it for me. Great guys.
Sears has some very nice furniture in their "show room" if you will. It is over priced compared to the rest of the market. Additionally, they never have anything in stock. It take a while to get it in and then get it delivered. Convenience is not in their mission statement.
The best thing about this gas station is the giant American flag that they fly. Thanks! I've been using these guys since 1992 and I'm sure they've changed ownership a few times. Clean place, very accessible, prices are a little bit higher than the city average.
The Millennium is an OK place. Nothing super special here, just some food, drinks and gas. Pretty easy to enter and exit the parking area. Employees are usually friendly. Gas prices are decent considering they are right off the interstate.
I only started going to this Firestone because a friend of mine has a friend that works there. Anyway, every time you go there you might as well have it in your mind that they are going to try and sell you anything and everything. They are obviously on a sales commission or something. Once I left there and heard some rattling noise. Tools were falling from the engine compartment onto the road. I was in total disbelief. That was the last time I went there. Sorry guys, but the rubber doesn't meet the road at this Firestone.
Yes, the portions are enormous and so are the prices. If you have money to burn, by all means stop by and light it up. Taste of burgers has declined over the years and not as good as it once was. Not really impressed any longer. I'll go elsewhere.
Pretty good burgers here at this place. Wait staff is a little bit slow and robotic with no personality though. I really cannot complain about the food though. Decent access in and out. Good place to start an evening out on a budget.
I always enjoy going to Kirkland's with my wife. There are a multitude of little things all over the place that catch my eye as interesting. Prices are very good in today's economy. Staff is always helpful. The smell of the store is a bit overwhelming if you have bad allergies. Otherwise, I really dig this place.
I was generally disappointed with Metzler's at this location. First of all, getting in and out of the parking lot is a nightmare and it is located near a school and apartments. Traffic is crazy and it is very frustrating. The wine selection was poor. The food was, well OK. Nothing really special. Year ago, this was a good place but not anymore. Go somewhere else and save yourself a headache.
