I wasn't very impressed with this place. I took my daughter during Christmas time and it was rather disappointing. We had to pay a good amount of money to go see one reindeer and then another good chunk of change to go on a hayride. The poor reindeer was in this tiny pen and the hayride was completely not worth it. You take a cold ride around a farm where nothing is growing and nothing is decorated for Christmas. When you are done (or before) you can go inside and meet a not very convincing "Santa". I bought some apple cobbler and some fudge from there, that was good.
This is such a nice little place in Delran. It reminds me of a an older style drive in. Their food is cheap, fast and decent for the money and they have a good selection of ice cream and water ice. I recommend it for a quick dinner in the spring or fall because they have out side seating that goes right out to the river.
I've been going to Fuddruckers for as long as I can remember. My mom always took me there when I was younger and now I take my daughter. The burgers are excellent, I think the rolls they come on are what really makes the burger awesome. You order your food and they call you to get it which is nice because then you don't have to tip anybody! I definitely think everybody should try this place! And their shakes are awesome!!!
I really like Paula's. It's a nice little after church breakfast place. I would say it's kind of a dive but the food is good, reasonably priced and the service is always friendly. I've also found it to be nice and clean.
Piazza di Scotto is great for both lunch and dinner. There are two counters to order from, one with a steam table of entrees and side dishes & another with pizza and salads. There are also sandwiches and made to order pastas available. The portions are generous for the prices and the staff are very friendly. Once you order, you take your food to a table in their beautifully decorated dining room. Piazza is casual and great for families, and their one dining room has flat screen tvs. There is also a room available for private parties.
The food at Doc's was just OK. My meal started out very well. The french onion soup was very good! I got a burger for my meal which was just OK. My daughter got a hot dog that I had to cut off the skin because it was so burnt. My fiance had wings which he did not like at all. The service was very slow. It is probably somewhere I will not go again. My mom however loves to their pool table!!
I used to really like the Madison Pub. I would go there about once a week. However, I went there about two months ago with my mom, my aunt and my daughter and they didn't have high chairs! I've been to high class places that have high chairs! This was very disappointing for me because their food is great. It really is a diamond in the rough. So I would say if you don't have kids that need a high chair it is definitely worth trying. They have a prime rib special on Tuesdays for $10 that you can't beat.
This place is great! They have two different menus, one for lunch and one for dinner. The lunch one is more of a bar scene kind of food and the dinner is a little pricier and the food is a little more fancy. Overall everything is great though. It's a great place when the weather is nice because for the most part is all outside. There is a roof over parts of it but it's still all outside. I would definitely recommend it as a Friday night meet up place after work.
Mattson's market is a great local place... I always run into somebody I know when I'm there! It is family owned and it's a wonderful little supermarket. They have great sandwiches at lunch time and they carry Reece's peanut butter! They also always have fresh fruits and vegetables!
Red Carpet Cakes is a pretty neat place. They make really different stuff and will do pretty much whatever you ask. The taste of the cakes that I've experienced has just been OK. Nothing to wow me. But I think the decoration of the cakes and the creativeness of the people that work there makes up for the taste. The beer can cake on their web page is great!
