Bruno's Pub & Grill
They have two separate sides, a dining room and a bar. Some items are a bit over priced but overall well worth the money. Very clean and the staff is fast and friendly. Good selection of food, something for everyone - although I prefer the chicken wings.
Hickory Pit Bar-B-Que
I go here for their BBQ beef sandwich and potato wedges. Fills me up every time. Also their BBQ sauce is made on-site and is some of the best around town. However, I've found it to be a little inconsistent - but still worth trying.
Bach Bowling Supply-Torrance
This is not a bad pro shop. Unexpectedly located away from an actual bowling center, they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Initially I went to get some minor supplies from here but ultimately, I came back and purchased a new ball. The measurement and fit were good.
T-Shirt Wholesale Outlet
I went in this store looking for some t-shirts for my little league team. This store had quite a bit to choose from. They also had lots of other merchandise to choose from as well. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back.
US Storage Centers - Harbor City
I rented a 12x12 for about 3 months. The rented space was clean on initial inspection. The unit I had was in the 2-story building but I had a 1st floor unit. I found the building itself to be very clean whenever I went there. They do have carts that you can use. Overall, pretty good.
Zeno's
For a special occasion, we decided to go to Zeno's steak house. The steak that I had that night was pretty delicious. Have not frequented this restaurant on a regular basis strictly due to cost.
Pryor's Fresh Pizza
I would rate Pryor's as my second favorite place for pizza in Rolla - not to slight them because it's still pretty good. I've come here on and off for over 20 years now, and through the years, the pizza hasn't changed much.
Alex's Pizza Palace
Excellent thin crust pizza!! I usually get the sausage pizza. They cross cut the pizza so we usually fight over the center pieces. Another favorite of mine is their Greek gyros. Pita, meat, tomatoes, onions, and sauce - sometimes I get both!
Belmont Plaza Pool
Large public pool - next to the beach. One of my kids took swimming lessons here at Belmont Pool. The young instructors were very friendly and provided pretty good instructions for my youngster. Really reasonable prices for these semi-private lessons.
Gonzales Chrysler
I wound up going here for service on my Jeep because I was in the area. They did a pretty good job - very professional, offered some good advice. They even washed some of the dirt of my filthy car before I picked it up. If there sales department is anything like the service department, I'd rate it at 5 stars.
