I was very disappointed that this place was always dirty, the teachers were always changing and they even allowed someone NOT on my list to pick up my child. The only thing I liked was the learning and the thought process that was used to teach my child. Their lunches were always gross. Instead of healthy food they always had things I would never think a Montessori would endorse. I always brought lunch for my daughter and yet there were times that my daughter didn't get her lunch and they never bothered to call me to ask if maybe I had forgotten to pack her a lunch, but instead allowed my daughter to not have lunch. Very disappointing.
The first time I met Dorothy was as a spectator. I watched her in the court room and I was so impressed. I never knew that one day I would be contacting her to represent me. She knows every one at the Norwalk Court and was able to take my case to the next level. I got everything that I wanted after I was being harassed and intimidated by the opposing counsel and his client. She really knows the law and how to manipulate it to work for her clients. I guess that is what attorneys do, they play to win and I got lucky to be represented by her.
I am so privileged to have been a patient for Dr. Kimber when she was still delivering babies. I had a C section and typically the doctor leaves the operating room and moves on with her day, but Dr. Kimber stayed and helped the nurses get me into my room and made sure I was ok. What service! I knew I only wanted one baby and even though at the time I wasn't 30 yet, she respected my choice. I thought she would not allow me to.
As my gynecologist now, she is amazing. A woman with so many talents, a gentle soul and a very kind heart. She volunteers and travels around the world to offer her services.
She really is one in a million! Highly, highly recommended.
When I worked at All American Home Center...many moons ago, we used to come here after our monthly evening meetings and hang out with about 10 of us! Soon enough my best friend and I would go there and catch up after our busy lives would get in the way, and it became the hang out place with my friend who lives in SD and would come down and visit.
Great memories at this place!
This is an old place! I used to go there after class and have a beer after a week of finals! My sisters then used to go there and hang out there and became total flies at the Hully Gully. They were there almost every night. The bartenders knew them my name! Fun!
We were there looking for a loungy place to hang out at and found the back of Morry's to be the best part of it! We did wine tasting and relaxed for a few hours. It is great to have somewhere to just lounge around listen to music and have delicious wine. I would recommend it highly!
When I went through my sushi kick, this is where we were at every other Thursday for dinner. This was our place. The food is good, the place is very clean, the service is great! I would definitely recommend this place even if I have not been all into sushi for a while!
It is definitely a cool bar to be in especially when it is literally around the corner and you can walk to it! It is such a dive bar and could be very helpful if they took credit cards to make it easier to pay especially when you run out of cash and still feel like drinking! No one wants to walk to the little atm machine they have! They have a great jukebox and it is always fun to hang out with friends there.
We went there for a dress up night and a band was playing Irish music to go with the theme for that night and I was not expecting to have so much fun. The place has a lot of room, it used to be a fine dining restaurant before, but this is much more fun, more alive. The beer is great, the service is very good. The food smelled quite tasty but I was there for beer!
We had a blast drinking and dancing through the night! The music was great, the ambience is a little different but ultimately it is what you make of it! It isn't in the best of neighborhoods and it is hard to find parking, but if you grab a cab you don't have to worry about it. Great hole in the wall to hang out at!
