We found Cash's shortly after moving to Raleigh. They have had the replacement parts to fix every major appliance in our house. We have saved thousands of $$ by fixing our washer, dryer, refrigerator and dishwasher instead of replacing them.
My husband is not afraid to tackle the repairs on his own and by finding the part that is broken and taking it to Cash's they have been great in not only having the parts on hand but giving him advice on how to fix it.
It looks like a family owned business and they are all very helpful and pleasant to talk to. The only complaint I have about them is that they aren't open on Saturday.
I just recently started seeing Lucian on referral of my chiropractor for pain in my right foot. I'm also having chronic issues with my left shoulder that are causing a great deal of pain.
He gave a great 1 hour massage, educating me the entire time on the musculo-skeletal system and what things may be going on in my body to cause my pain. I have hope that he can help with some of the things that I didn't even know I had wrong with me until they resulted in pain. Come to find out it takes a long time for things to progress to this extent so it will take some time to reverse it.
I'm looking forward to many more appointments with Lucian.
I just started going to Dr. Davis a couple of months ago. I've been going to different chiropractors for the past 30 years and she is right up there with the best.
She took a full set of spinal x-rays before adjusting me and we found that my hips were severely out of alignment which explains the pain I had been having. A few quick and painless adjustments and I'm feeling much better. I will continue to see Dr. Davis as needed and hopefully convince my hubby to see her eventually.
I'm a strong believer in chiropractic care, it works.
It helps that it's very close to our house but this is by far our favorite sushi place and we've eaten at a lot of different ones in Raleigh.
The wait staff can be a bit overwhelmed at times when it's really busy but it's not their fault. On occasion it seems like they could use more help but that is usually the exception to the rule.
The fish has always been fresh in the sushi and I don't recall ever having a bad experience there. We have never ordered off the regular menu other than soup and the house salad, which is exceptional IMO.
Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
I have been going to Dr. Tyson for several years now and I have been very happy with her. She always takes time to listen to me, even when I go in with a list of questions. She is very good about making sure I have all of the prescriptions that I need and I never feel like she is rushing to get rid of me.
I wanted an internist because I have some chronic medical conditions like asthma and I was tired of having to go to a bunch of different specialists. She handles all of my medical conditions and has only referred me to a specialist when it is warranted.
The staff is professional, prompt and pleasant. I don't find that I have to wait more than 10-15 min which is important to me. The other patients in the waiting room are usually quite a bit older than I am but that doesn't bother me at all.
I kept hearing Zero Rez advertised on the radio and finally called them up one day when I decided that I couldn't take this dirty carpet any more. I was so hesitant to get my carpet cleaned because I know that once you do it the residue will attract even more dirt after it's done and it will get very dirty again, very fast.
They advertised that they have a soap-less system so I decided to give them a call. There is science behind all of this but apparently they treat the water some how to cause it to attract the dirt to it. All the mess and noise stayed outside in their truck and they just brought the hose inside.
All I can say is WOW, they did such a great job. I'm blessed to have living room carpet that doesn't show the dirt. I was SO embarassed when the guy that was doing the cleaning showed me the "mud" it was sucking out of my carpet. It has been a couple of years since I had the carpet cleaned and true to their word the carpets haven't seemed to get dirty any faster because of residue.
I have been using Medicap for years to compound my bio-identical Progesterone cream. Bobby is an extremely knowledgeable compounding pharmacist and naturopath and he has taught me so much.
He carries only the finest quality supplements and is available to consult with on recommendations for any advice you may need.
I recently had a Dr. recommend a supplement to me that I couldn't find in any store anywhere and I didn't really want to order it on-line and pay big bucks for shipping. Bobby ordered it for me and said he will keep it in stock from now on for me.
The staff is also very friendly and willing to help me out when I need it.
We are lucky enough to live very close to Vertical Urge. Actually I have bought my son skate shoes in the store, they have a discount table toward the back that we always take a look at. If you have a skateboarder you know how fast they burn through shoes so every little bit helps. We have also bought several boards, trucks, wheels and bearings there. They have everything one would need for skateboarding.
The skate park portion of Vertical Urge is called Project 58 and they are next door to each other. My son has been a member there for several years now, it's practically his second home. The skate park is pretty good according to my skater, it's kind of small IMO and on Sat. the place can get so packed that he comes home because it's difficult to skate with so many people there. They just reopened today 2/13/09 after remodeling the park but we've not been to see the new layout yet.
They have a small snack bar up front and if you go often it's usually cheaper to get a membership. Helmets are required but no other pads required. You go for a session at a time usually 5-6 hours long. Go check out their website for pictures and all the details you need.
I can only comment on Dr. Macon because he is the only Dr. we have seen in the practice. I have 2 children receiving orthodontic care from Dr. M. One is in braces and the other in a retainer until he loses enough teeth to get braces.
The office staff is always very friendly and they are so good at fitting our monthly appts for adjustments in after school so my son doesn't have to miss. The kids like going there because they have video games for them to play while they wait. Dr. Macon always has time to talk to me and listen to and answer any questions I may have.
It's one of those offices where you can tell that everyone that works there is happy and likes their job. They cater to their patients and families offering really yummy flavored coffee while you are waiting. They also have a patient appreciation day at Pump it up every few years. They invite patients and 1 friend to come to play for a couple of hours and they have pizza to eat. The kids love it.
We just can't say enough good things about Wake Orthodontia, they are a class act.
We've been taking our Toyota Mini Van to MPG for years and have been very happy with the service there. This shop specializes in Toyota's and Honda's and they really know their stuff.
I've had very few problems with my van but when something does come up they always seem to know right away what is wrong because they've seen it before and know the idiosyncrasies of these vehicles and how to correct them. I have never felt like they were pushing unneeded repairs on me in order to "pad" the bill.
I wish we could find a trustworthy place like this that can do work on my husbands car.
