My boyfriend & I went here last week & the food is terrific!!!! Great service, great atmosphere & great BBQ! Very well kept secret. Can't wait to go again.
I made an appointment here a few months go in shear desperation to get a good cut & color & waited so long to be seen by my stylist that I had to leave. I work in Williston and being that this was a "spa" I thought the professionalism would be top notch. Not. Waiting over 45 minutes with no further acknowledgement then when I first walked in is ridiculous. Total waste of my time!
Didn't like my hair color or my cut at all..... So very frustrated in VT trying to find a quality salon with a relaxing environment & a professional skilled stylist who puts me first. That means a good cut & color & no gossip or snooty attitude. I've also been to Trio, which was ridiculously expensive for a so-so result, Stelletta & Fontana, which were both horrible and Oasis where I waited so long that I left. I went to Purple Sage because a review said "blondes run here".... Huh? Seriously? No way! Run away.... I was a brassy mess. My next trip is going to be to the Burlington area next time hoping for a success story. Any suggestions are appreciated.
This salon is not for someone looking to have great service or great hair! It is an "in & out" overly casual enviroment where you get what you pay for. Yes they seem busy for the most part but in a low-end salon type of way. And yes my haircut & highlight was cheap but so was the end result. I had to go somewhere else to get the mess fixed. The long wait & rushed feeling is also ridiculous here. I am new to the area & this salon is near my job so I gave it a try. I'm sure it meets someone's expectations but it was absolutely not for me. And my expectations were far from high.
