I had to stop going there after just a couple visits. I had my hair done by Ray, which was the owner and had the most experience. So I felt I was in good hands. But if you can get past his arrogance and never listening to what I wanted, it would be ok. But after 2 times that he messed up what I wanted with pictures for reference, I had to go to another salon in town. I have to say I am very happy now.
I went in after the holidays and had a facial done by Beth. The cost was right in line with other day spas. But all she did the whole time was complain about all her other jobs and how it was affecting her life and she was only available at nights. But I can't keep complaining because I did get my hair done by a young lady named Annie, who was fantastic. I can not rave enough about the job and time she spent doing my hair. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made it happen. I left the facial feeling bad but left feeling like a million dollars. I would highly recommend the experience I had with Annie but would go other places for a facial.
I have to highly disagree with the other poster (GGS) he or she said something about old people. When I was there it was the exact opposite. Annie and the crew there all seemed young and vibrant. And the customers coming in after me seemed the same.
