I discovered this place through a friend and have become a regular when looking for rifles, shotguns, pistols and ammo.
I have found some really good deals here and then take the piece over to Sow N Sews Custom Sewing for Holsters and slings. I can get anything I find here regardless of type size or configuration and take it there for the rest.
But this is the place in Muncie to come for Guns and Ammo if you are looking for a better deal.
Sometimes you have to wait for a time to see if a piece is going to be redeemed or not but often I can get it right away.
This is one that is on the East side of Muncie, and near to what is now my favorite Army Navy Surplus and Sewing shop. I was having a few pair of jeans hemmed at Sow N Sews and we came for lunch while they were being done.
This place rocks and the Royal Feast is the best of the best.
Nice, convenient, priced well and my family and my buds all like to come here. Sometimes we can even find coupons to save even more.
Even though they are co-located this is a distinct shop and is very well mated to the other side being the Army Navy Surplus. In one you can get field trousers and in this one have them hemmed for free while you watch right on the spot.
They make, modify or repair everything from holsters to bible covers, I was in there when a policeman came in and wanted his swat holster fixed, his armor carrier repaired and some trousers hemmed. They did it right on the spot in less then 30 minuets. They officer was amazed but not surprised and said something to the effect, that this is why I come here.
I can recommend them and I am getting my piece and coming back to get a "three in one" holster made and bring a bag back my wife has been saying needs repair.
Not big or fancy; but very complete in what they stock seasonally and offer to all who are looking for Military Surplus or made for the Army Navy Surplus marketplace and Military Spec items.
This place is a bit tricky to find as it's drive way is up against a overhead Rail Road trestle embankment and is partially hidden as you approach it from either direction.
I have found that I have been able to get quantity discounts for our paint ball group, and good deals on special orders and seasonal discounts on seasonal closeouts.
I am happy to recommend them as I know they are very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do and offer.
The shop(s) are set up in temporary buildings right now as they prepare to build a new building and don't have any restrooms so come ready to go find one or hold it.
I can say they are fairly priced and competitive with what I am used to seeing on the Internet sites with shipping, and catalogs I get at home. The nice thing about having a local shop is you get to "Check it out" before making a spending commitment, and they offer exchange but not return unless it is a material or manufacture defect.
And I like that I can now use my Debit card as well as credit or cash.
