I can't say that I have ever been impressed by the service at Olive Garden, but the food is good. It is by no means cheap, but what is these days? If you want cheap Italian, go to Fazolis.
Biaggi's does have good service and good food - and I really enjoy eating lunch there. The prices are reasonable and the food filling. However... when it comes to dinner the prices are much more and you don't get much for that price. If service isn't the most important thing I would rather go to the Olive Garden and get a salad with my meal. Also... DO NOT try the Eggplant Parmigiana at Biaggis. It is very disgusting - they need a lesson from Olive Garden on that!
I have ate at Cibo's on 2 separate occasions and while each time I was pleased with the food, the service could be better and the prices lower. If you don't mind that, it has a very interesting interior that makes for a fun environment. I will say that the owner is very friendly and they really will customize whatever you wish.
We really enjoy eating here! With little ones we usually get it to go, which saves you money on a tip and drinks. The cheapest meal is the Roadkill and 2 orders of that is not only plenty of food but only comes to about $16. The rolls are wonderful and there isn't anything there I've tried I didn't like. I like their salads too - they aren't just a bowl of lettuce like at the Red Lobster.
If you are looking for decent chinese food at a good price this would be the place to go. They have another location on 16th Avenue - I think that the food is the same at both places but this location expects a tip. Do make sure that you check what they charge you because I have never been charged the same price for the same order ever.
