This ice cream spot is very popular. It offers a unusual selection of flavors ranging from traditional vanilla and chocolate to mushroom (it is kennett folks). This Latin owned and operated business has variety that can't be matched. Good service but no seating.
Come by and check out this shops unique offerings. Cheeses and munchies, breakfast and lunch items amidst an often eclectic clientele. The Dining Experience is nationally recognized though I must confess I haven't had the pleasure to date. To dine at Talula's I'm told there is a YEAR's waiting list for dinner reservations. I'm told it's worth the wait.
The weather is getting nice...it must be time for a visit to the Four Dogs Tavern. Okay so you don't have to wait for good weather but I love sitting outside there. The 4 Dogs is a nice relaxing place to eat. The menu is varied, the staff friendly. Musical entertainment is often on hand. If you are looking to get out, give the four dogs a try.
If you've never been to Something's Unique you should stop in. The owners have imported a wide variety of European items that are sure to appeal to anyone's taste. From baby blankets to dining room tables, Something's Unique is exactly that. They also provide interior design assistance.
If you want unique, quality toys, the Toy Pad is where you want to shop. They have all the Parent Choice award winners. You'll also find the Melissa and Doug wooden toys along with a wide variety of other educational toys. If you want something other than generic, this is the place to shop. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owner also supports the local MOMS and MOPS groups by offering discount shopping times and deals.
This local family run business delivers. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful. If you need any heating or air conditioning services this is the place to call. Prompt, efficient, a good value.
The Farmhouse has atmosphere and good food. It also has a pricey menu. My advice is to go for lunch and experience the quality food and pleasant golf course surroundings and a more reasonable price. Definitely try the crab cakes. They are delicious.
I recently took my son for his birthday. They didn't have the computers up so that was a bit of a hassle. We got our skates promptly but the rink was quite crowded. Since my son's a preschooler and new to the ice, he was a bit overwhelmed. There were only a handful of cones to help younger skaters navigate. Some older children were a bit aggressive too. I think it's a better spot for older children.
I hate to admit this but although Jimmy John's is famous for their hot dogs, I am not a fan. The skin is very thick and I am sure that appeals to some. The other food though is great diner style food - burgers and shakes. This quirky family business deserves a visit.
My favorite lunch spot. Choose from a wide range of specialty salads or you can customize your own. A bit expensive compared to some lunch spots but worth it.
