Bought my son's furniture here, great experience. Returned recently to get furniture for my newborn daughter. They had what I want, but you can't pick it up from the store anymore...they make you drive all the way down to their warehouse to pick up your merchandise. The warehouse is in Stafford. We are in montgomery county, so driving all the way down to Stafford to pick things up is going to be a three or four hour ordeal, a HUGE inconvenience to their customers. When I bought my son's furniture a few years ago, it was brought from the warehouse to the local store (where I purchased it) to pick up. MUCH easier. I bought from them for my daughter, because I had already done my research on what I wanted to get. But, now that I know I can't pick my stuff up at the local store, I don't know that I'll return again.
I've been seeing Anthony for my hair since I was around 13-14 years old. (That was a while back). I've since moved out of the state. For a while, I was actually returning to Florida almost for the sole purpose of seeing him, but that eventually got to be cumbersome. Still, I have not been able to find anyone that has his eye for detail, and ability to style my hair well. You won't be disappointed if you use him for your hair needs!
I've gone to see Dr. Ross on several occasions now, and it's always a pleasure visiting him for my optometric needs. Unfortunately, the frames in the front of the store are all too large for my face. While I do in fact have a fairly narrow face, I have been able to find frames in several other locations. I think it's a shame that they don't order frames for eyeglasses in smaller sizes. Nonetheless, I will continue to use the services of Dr. Ross anytime I need an eye exam!
Why is a man writing a review for an obstetrician!?!? It's because of the spectacular care my wife has received while under the watch of Dr. Westmoreland. After going through several OBGYNs that she was unsatisfied with, she was referred to Dr. Westmoreland by a friend. This coincided with the first pregnancy for us. I'm trying to be a good father from the start, and as such, I've been attending all the obstetrical appointments my wife has had. Dr. Westmoreland has taken spectacular care of my wife (and baby), and both (or three) of us absolutely adore her. My wife has given out several referrals, and now, most of her friends even go to Dr. Westmoreland for care. Her "bedside manner" can't be beat, her personality is always upbeat and lighthearted! And as a father-to-be, I appreciate that when I am at the appointments, she treats me as a partner in the birth of our child, speaking to the both of us rather than viewing me as an annoyance. I can't recommend her enough!
As a person who works in the travel industry-away from home several days per week, I have unique tax needs that most accountants are likely unfamiliar with. At most, I'd surmise that most tax professionals don't see my type of filing on a regular basis. Tina at TMV taxes handles returns for quite a few individuals in the transportation industry, and as such, has the background and experience necessary to file an accurate return that will maximize my return/minimize my tax liability based on such things as IRS M&IE rates for various locales, etc. She's been very helpful the past few years, and I plan to return to her in future years for my tax and accounting needs!
My wife and I visited here when it was time to replace our dated and dirty couches in the family room. We purchased a nice leather sectional, as well as a matching "hidden" recliner. The saleswoman (C. Clark) was very helpful and eager to assist us in finding furniture that suited our needs. We were so happy with the service that we have returned on other occasions to purchase things like an entertainment center!
I am somewhat of a wuss. I absolutely despise doing anything that may result in pain. As such, I have always loathed going to visit the dentist. When we moved to TX from FL, I asked for references for a gentle dentist, and received a recommendation for Dr. Parke. Her hygienists and her are very patient with me, and they always take time to be gentle. They are all very personable and friendly, and eager to make me feel comfortable. The office is always spotless clean too!
I had Woodlands Plumbing replace a water heater for me a while back. They did an excellent job with the installation, they replaced the pan (which wasn't done the last time the water heater was replaced by the previous homeowner), made sure everything was well attached, etc.
I wish, however, that I had the option to have them install a water heater of my own purchasing. Their house brand is a Rheem Fury with a six-year warranty. I would have liked to purchase one of the Whirlpool models with a better warranty if they'd have given me the option. (Not so much for the warranty, but the ones with the better warranties generally have better insulation and are far more efficient).
The previous owners of our home used Glenco for their pest control needs, and we decided to maintain the contract with them once we moved into the house. We've been pleased with the service, which they back up with a guarantee.
I came in here needing a few padlocks to secure a trailer I have. The staff showed me to the area of the store that had these, and helped me find one that would work best. They even made sure that all the ones I purchased had matching keys! Very helpful, and the store seemed to be well stocked. If I wasn't time pressed, I could've spent a good bit of time (and money) walking around looking at tools.
