I didn't like the ambiance and the way of handling patients. Its totally unprofessional. I saw one person, seems to be got operated recently, was having a fight with Dr. Dr was literally shouting at him in Punjabi and was telling him that he did not mention something earlier and now what she did was the best anyone can do and he should be obliged to her for a nice operation. Ha ha !!Then after my eye exam, she told that your power is not increased and its same as before. But when I went to collect my glasses I found the power was little different. On asking the reason for difference she told that its different power and its slightly increased.I then asked for an explaination that why she told me at the time of examination that there is no change? And she started telling me that the change is very minor and I cannot tell you if its so minor. I was totally taken aback by her answer. Also on top of that when I told her that I ordered sunglasses knowing that there is no change in power, but I have normal glasses which has now different power, how is that going to work? Here is what she said: You can just adjust the distance on your nose for wearing two different powered glasses one nearer to eyes and another a bit away from eyes.It seems to be funny but its a real serious problem. Now I am looking for another good doctor and get my eyes rechecked.
