China Panda is one of the many Chinese take-out locations in this area. It's fairly average Americanized Chinese food at typical prices. Don't expect gourmet or authentic, but if you want quick and typical Chinese take-out, China Panda will do.
The coffee at Might Joe Espresso is good enough. It's not outstanding, but I have not had a bad cup of coffee either. The food choices are limited, and average, but again, nothing bad. The only real issue I have with Mighty Joe is that whenever I am craving coffee and drive by, it doesn't seem to be open. Maybe I just have bad timing.
We use Freshly Squeezed Graphics for all of our animal rescue organization's design and printing needs. They are the best graphics business in town - great products, great customer service and great prices.
A senior pet in our permanent foster program went to St. Francis for specialist cardiac care. We had used other cardiologists in town before, and the vet and staff at St. Francis are undeniably the best in town. They also care about the customer service they are giving, which is unlike some other specialists in the metro area. I definitely recommend St. Francis when your pet needs specialty care.
Dr. Nargund is one of the fantastic vets at Buckhead Animal Clinic. I have found her to be extremely knowledgeable in her diagnoses and very caring with both pets and owners. She takes time to explain the conditions and the treatment. I recommend Dr. Nargund and all of the vets at Buckhead.
Dr. Markway is another one of the great vets at Buckhead Animal Clinic. She is careful in her diagnoses and compassionate in her care to both the pets and the owners. She is very good at communicating with owners regarding treatment plans, and is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dr. Markway, and all of the vets at Buckhead Animal Clinic.
I have incredible respect for Dr. Nath. She is one of the outstanding vets at Buckhead Animal Clinic. She is one of our personal vets and one of the vets we use with our rescue organization. She is incredibly compassionate and caring, and wants to do the best thing for the pet. She is also not an alarmist or pushy vet, and won't push owners into unnecessary tests or procedures. I have nothing but fantastic things to say about Dr. Nath.
I just had lunch for the first time at Nectar. I am usually not effusively glowing about any place, but I can't say enough good things about Nectar. The food was outstanding, the custom smoothie was delicious, and the service was great. A healthy and tasty lunch for around $10.
Dr. Swartz is one of our personal vets, and she is works with the pets in our rescue organization. She recently diagnosed a kitten in our rescue program with FIP within just a few minutes. By diagnosing her quickly, and openly discussing treatment options with her, we were able to give the kitten the best quality of life for her remaining time, without tons of expensive and unnecessary tests and procedures. Dr. Swartz will talk openly and honestly about any problem she suspects your pet is facing, and then give the owner some input into treatment decisions. Dr. Swartz is a great vet with a great approach to veterinary medicine.
Amy Mathews is one of the best vets in town, hands down. She is one of our personal vets at Buckhead, and she sees a lot of the foster pets with the rescue group I work with. She is patient with the owner and the vet. She isn't an alarmist, and won't pressuring you for tests and treatments, but will work with you to find out what's wrong with your pet, and then treat the problem with as little intrusion as possible on the pet's quality of life. I can't way enough good things about Dr. Mathews.
