I would recommend Gary's to my grandmother and feel good about it.
I had also taken my '96 Neon to another dealership here in town -- which shall remain nameless. Not only did they misdiagnose the problem but they wanted to charge me over $1000 to repair it. Gary found it, fixed it and charged me less than 1/4 of that amount.
I've since been back for several minor things (oil change, oil leak -- which might have been major -- etc) and have never been disappointed in either the quality of their work or their customer appreciation.
