Foothills Property Management

We've rented a house from Foothills Property Management. We are not pleased with the maintenance. They don't respect tenants as for some of your questions/requests you don't even get a response for months. I've heard and seen online that most of the properties that they manage are either vacant or people usually don't renew. Now I understand why! I wouldn't recommend renting from them.
