A bit of a hidden treasure, this is a pretty authentic Irish pub (for Maryland, USA). Great happy hour deals, and delicious food! The service is always friendly and speedy. I've gone with one person and a group of 9 and it was just as fast and friendly!
The food is also delicious. I have ordered various items/drinks and they have always been more than what I was anticipating.
The prices run from $9-$35, so it's a pretty wide spectrum. And a great pub environment, more mature and classy then some of the surrounding bars.
I give O'Lordan's a big A+
I've been to Rafael's on a few occasion's because my friends insist on going there, though I am not sure why. The first time I went, we had to wait an hour to get seated and we had reservations.
The next time I went with only one other person and we waited 30 minutes at our table for a server to come to us, and they never did. And there was only 1 other table seated. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
The food is pretty good, if a bit pricey. But you're going to have to wait a while to actually get there. Not worth it, really. Go across the street to O'Lordan's, better food and service.
This is a great, hidden tattoo parlor. The owner and artist is extremely friendly and easy to talk to, whether you're covered in tattoos or going in for your first.
The prices are very reasonable, and the studio is kept very clean.
If you're in the neighborhood for a tattoo, this is the place!
The artists are a truly talented and the place is clean. Prices are a little high, but nothing unreasonable. My big complaint is the lack of customer service. The "greeting" we received was less than friendly, and the staff has always been short with us, in and out without much smiling.
Maybe if you continue to go to this place they warm up, but I don't plan on going back.
Learning How is a fabulous store for teachers! All kinds of items can be found, and it's impossible to walk out with a big bag full of things. But, the store location is poor (which is not their fault) so you have to go extra slow in this shopping center as not to miss it!
When you get to the store itself, it's very crowded and hard to walk around. The item layout is a bit nonsensical, and the prices are a little high. If you can manage to find everything you need, the service is alright, not outstanding.
Teachers can't pass this store up!
I've been going to this place for years and it never disappoints. Great food, especially tasty egg rolls! The service is impeccable and the atmosphere is clean, professional and relaxed. It's a bit pricey, and the wait can be pretty long on Friday and Saturday, but it's to be expected with such a lovely restaurant!
The food here is very greasy, and there isn't much to choose from. We ordered pizza once and it was so bad we couldn't eat more than a piece. Their other food is decent, but not by any means something worth while. Try New York J&P or Ledo's for a similar menu, but tastier food.
This place is just awesome. Fabulous service (the owner even comes by the table to say hi!), wonderful food and a great atmosphere. There's lots of seating, so I've never had to wait. I recommend, seriously, anything that is on the menu. It's all wonderful, their crab dip is especially tasty!
Whenever I'm in the area I try to make a point to go here to eat. 100% great!
This is definitely not a diner to stop by. Service is always mediocre at best, and the food is downright gross. Greasy and bland. The outside may look appealing, but the food and service is definitely not!
Cute coffee shop that has a little rockstar swirled in. They make AWESOME birthday cakes (I've gotten one from there for the past two years, they look great every time). And not only do the cakes look good, they taste delish, too!
Lots of space, not super crowded like the other shops I've been to. They play all kinds of music (indie, ambient, rock, alternative) and have delicious drinks/food. They even offer vegan/vegetarian options in their menu! Stop in, it's really worth it!
