I went here for a bikini wax a little over a year ago because i read that they were very good and i had just moved into the area. I have been getting waxed for over 10 years. I told the woman the wax was way too hot and she said i was just sensitive. I told her 3 more times i was being burnt. She kept saying it is at the proper temperature. By the next morning i was in extreme pain and had blistered up to the point of bleeding, was lobster red and swollen. I went back to the salon and asked if they had something i could put on it and wanted my money back. They refused to give me money back and gave me a .1 oz packet of some cream, were EXTREMELY RUDE, and unsympathetic. They gave me a credit for the salon (which of course i wouldn't use) and i went to the dermatologist 2x and spend over $300 there and on prescriptions to not have permanent scaring and prevent infections. I informed the salon, still nothing!
I WOULD WARN ANYONE TO NOT GET WAXED AT AMERICAN HAIRLINES, AND TO BE CAREFUL WITH ANY OTHER PROCEDURE THEY ARE THINKING ABOUT GETTING DONE HERE.
