Incompetent billing on the Columbia Village location. As a single mom, and knowing I am changing jobs, I specifically requested her to directly connect with Delta Dental to find my exact cost. As a healthcare insurance employee, we call that "predetermination" of cost. I paid all of my cost thinking I am cleared. Six months later, I have unpaid bills I was never billed for, much less called or informed about it. I was due for my 6th month cleaning is how I found out. And the dentist who broke my tooth, dug and pushed on my gums of course acted like he didn't know what was going on.After all the gum aches I went through, and the billing incompetencies---watch out.
