This place is way over rated. Very hard to walk to town. The pool side and beach side dining was pretty skimpy, but priced like the Ritz. My wife and I got nothing for our dollar from all the big deal service. Unless you live with a butler in your home, skip this place. Stay somewhere near the beach and save your funds for dinner out.
This is a really wonderful green establishment, with very interesting rich mountain modern architecture. I think they were published in Sunset Magazine. A cute wine bar happy hours for guests. A very nice breakfast is included, not your normal fare. No AC in the rooms, but in this location that only matters for one month in the summer, and then it cools at night.
Fully stocked large store with many rare items. Wait for the Monday-Tuesday specials to get 20% off, otherwise the prices are not the lowest in town. Good place to special order, and a great selection of beers from around the world
The Puddle in Boulder is a big car wash place, with a separate detail shop in back. Once or twice a year I swing around back and get a polish. Decent prices with coupons in the paper as well, like $39 for a wax. They do a fine job.
This outfit in Boulder generally has good people. It is a little hard to find deep enough treatment, and several here make the cut. My wife and I have several therapists we request for appointments. If you buy a block of 8 the price is quite a bit more affordable, some $20 savings on a 90 minute session.
have been going to Dr. Schaffer for many years. Good service and the hygienist, Deb, is very good. I would recommend her highly. I also got my teeth whitened there and was happy with the results. I think they are a good provider.
I know the people personally at this firm. Nice individuals that come up with great designs. They keep a strong focus on how the project is going to look in the end. Expect it take a bit of continuing dialog to make sure your goals are kept in mind and they work together with the strong design ideas.
As car dealers go, I had a fair experience. I have bought 3 BMW here, one leased and two of them used. I felt I was always treated well. On the service side, I am always told to make more repairs than what I come in for. But when I shop around, some of the pricing is actually competitive.
OZ Architecture is very well respected in our area, and is the most comprehensive firm in the area. Each of their principals seems to take a personal interest in their own projects. From the way I was treated, I knew project really mattered, and the same team helped me from beginning to end.
A great place. They know their stuff. Last time I was there they talked me out of getting new tires until since I had a few more miles on the stock ones which were still good. Saved me some unneeded expense. They also do high end work such as tape weighted balancing so you don't see the weights or scratches on your rims.
