This Review is for the Lifelong Dental Care clinic, 1860 Alcatraz Ave., Berkeley, CA. I am VERY happy with all the services provided, particularly with the dentist, Dr. Olmezoba. She was thoroughly professional and knowledgeable, and did a VERY detailed exam, and gave me a VERY detailed explanation of the problems that showed up on the X-rays. She took plenty of time and was not rushed at all (as my former dentist always was). Her demeanor was superbly knowledgeable, and inspired great confidence in me. I am VERY happy with Dr. Olmezoba.
Denise, the Registered Dental Assistant, took 18 X-rays, and I am very glad she did, because some problems showed up that need immediate attention. Her demeanor and procedure were also thoroughly professional, and not rushed at all, but just step-by-step professionalism. At the reception desk, both Yesenia and Olivia were superb, and so was Grace in the back office.
I've been bothered by a chipped front tooth for seven years and my former (expensive) dentist would not fix it because he said he would have to drill a hole in the tooth and cement in a reinforcing pin, which would weaken the tooth so it would probably cause a much larger chip, that might be painful. But Dr.Olmezoba took one look and said she could cement a tooth-colored piece on the back side of the tooth, with no drilling. I am VERY happy with her professional services, and with Denise, Yesenia, Olivia and Grace too. I recommend these professionals very highly with 5 stars.
I give this dealership 10 stars! In sales, Tony Rodriguez, Jr. is a thoroughly courteous professional, very well mannered and very professional, and a pleasure to speak with. I've been buying cars
for myself, my kids, and for friends for 30+ years and I've spoken with many duds, but Tony is a real winner and I give him 10 stars.
Yesterday was the third time I've been to F H Dailey Chevrolet in San Leandro, CA for my beautiful red 2007 Chevy Cobalt 2LT coupe with red wheels, with which I am VERY happy. The car is great to drive and very well designed and constructed. With automatic I get 38 -41 MPG highway with Valero gas, partly because I took the trouble to break it in for 1200 miles instead of the recommended 500.
The Service Manager Fred Schermer is great too. I spoke with him on the phone 3 times about recalls and he explained everything very well. Please note that GM does not hide or cover-up defects or recalls as some other car manufacturers do. When there were potential recalls, they notified me in writing and explained everything very courteously and professionally in writing and on the phone.
The Service Advisor John Carmone is also totally professional and polite. He explained in detail and wrote up his computerized Service Order also in detail, and used a highlighter to highlight certain items for the mechanic. When speaking with the young guys who drive the vehicles back and forth, he says to them "please" and "thank you", and tells them to open doors for women and for older drivers, just like a chauffeur!
The mechanic who replaced my power steering recall (even though it was still working fine) was Perry Morgan, a 10 star mechanic who I knew when he was at Good Chevy in Alameda.
I have watched him work on my car when he didn't know I was watching, and he's very careful, meticulous and professional. When I asked him to show me the old part, he did, and explained what he did and why, when he replaced a power door lock that didn't work (warranty work).
F H Dailey Chevy in San Leandro, CA has a huge inventory of cars and trucks, etc., and even had 13 new Camaros in stock. When you buy a vehicle, it's wise to know you'll get courteous and professional treatment in the Service Dept., with everything explained and then documented in the Service Order. This place is great and I'm very happy with the Sales and with the Service Departments of F H Dailey Chevrolet..
This is a wonderfully uplifting place of worship for people of all ages and nationalities, with very lively music and praise and worship dancing. People get healed in body, mind and spirit, and the gift of prophecy is always very encouraging.
Shimea Anderson was my superb attorney, very caring, patient, and honest, just as described in her website revelationlaw.com. I needed bankruptcy help and went to 2 attorneys before Shimea. They were uncaring, abrupt and were not interested in advising me. Their attitudes were: Gimme duh moneeeee. Then I found Shimea through a nolo.com search and had two long meetings with her. She did a lot of arithmetic and advised me marvelously on bankruptcy and for the sale of a property too. She was, and did, everything she says in her website! I'm very happy with her service. 5 STARS. With her help, everything went smoothly. God bless America and Shimea too.
I give the highest 5 STAR rating to Troy at Alameda Tire & Muffler, where I've been having my 3 cars serviced and repaired for 10 years. Troy (owner/operator) is totally professional, honest and patient to explain what needs doing. When money has been tight, he has told me what can wait. I've been working on cars for 30 years and know a LOT about maintenance and repairs. I always leave a TO DO list when I leave my car and he has always completed the list, except for those things he said can wait. Their prices are great, and for Yokohama premium tires (Avid TRZ) much lower than Big O and other tire stores. The outside and front office decor are not impressive, but Troy and his wife Julie ARE impressive with their professionalism, integrity, courtesy and superb service. 5 STARS! This is by Ted L. in Alameda, not Chris R.
I've had excellent service by the mechanic Najib, at Eddie's Union 76 Service Station in Pacifica, CA. So I thought I'd check his record with the BBB. I found their rating is A+ and they've been an accredited business since January, 2005.
My experience has been 5-stars at Eddie's for several years. He has always given me and friends personal, honest, and professional service.
Najib is very technically competent, and he explains matters patiently. Because I want to continue advancing my knowledge of automotive matters, I always ask him to keep the old parts for me so I can inspect them, except for the used oil and coolant (: )
