Caroline's flowers is a sort of hidden business on Highland Ave. It's a small shop but they do great work. This is one of the places I go to when I need flowers, corsages, etc. They do not charge too much and in my opinion, the work that they do is worth much more than they charge. I am always pleased with what I pay for and so I come back for more.
Moreno Valley Mall is one of the most boring malls I have ever been to. They don't have much stores that are familiar, and it is always empty in here. People barely come to this mall, and, what's a mall without people?
This store just recently opened here in San Diego and I gotta say that I'm happy they did. It's a real nice, big store with a Hip Hop vibe. They sell great street wear fashion or what people would call "underground" or "urban." The prices are expensive but it comes with the names on the tags. I will definitely come here over and over to shop for my clothes.
This is a great place to go for candy, it's a very fun store. They have a big selection of candy, and they come in tons of different forms. It's not just a bunch of candies in a bunch of containers, like Sweet Factory. The only thing is that the Sweet Factory is more affordable.
This company came to one of my classes at the University of California, Riverside and they were taking applications for internships. They had this whole process of being interviewed: first, they tell you you're going to have an appointment to be interviewed by the "Vice President" of the company and then if you get chosen they give you this list of people who have supposedly done the program that you HAVE to call and talk to. After, you get a second appointment with the "Vice President" of the company. The funny things is, both times, the "Vice President" had to be "out of town." I did my research and a lot of articles came up talking about this company being a scam. I told my "district manager" that (the person who interviewed me) and she never called me back again.
When I am craving chips on my way to work, I stop by this store because I used to live nearby and I grew up knowing the owners of the store. They always give me discounts on my purchases and they always greet me when I come by. They have good products and they don't overprice.
D'lush is awesome! I love their drinks and the whole environment of it is just spectacular. It's a real "party" scene, because the employees are very playful and enthusiastic and the music is always bumping. The drinks are delicious, and definitely worth the price. I always get Caramel Kiss, it's delicious. If you don't want to buy, you can always try their samples. The Va Va Balls are awesome too. The best part is that when you get your drink, they ask you to try it and tell them if you're happy with it. If you're not, they make a new one for you! How many places do that? (:
This place has pretty good clothes, but most of them are for women and children. They sell some branded clothes like Burlington and such. The shoes aren't bad either. It used to be "Everything $5" but now it's actually "Everything $5.99". Still, this is a good place to shop when you're on a budget.
I come here all the time for my dry cleaning needs. They do a really good job with cleaning the clothes and they deliver pleasing results. I've tried other dry cleaning services and they did not deliver services as good as this one. I would recommend them to anyone.
This restaurant has good Thai tea, and they serve it in a big cup for the same price as a regular in other stores. The food is okay. The ambiance of the place is pretty nice too.
