Chancey's improved greatly when smoking inside was banned. The bar and casual restaurant serves a nice assortment of sandwiches, salads and other casual fare, for a reasonable price.
If you like feeling like you've stepped back in time about 100 years, you will enjoy the atmosphere at Haydn Zugs. The food is very good, but expensive. This place has been a well-respected dining establishment in the Lancaster area for many years.
Tokyo Diner is a great little place to get sushi, plus they have meals for the non-adventurous types too. There is a hibachi, a sushi bar and everything is always fresh. I believe it's BYOB. There are discounts in the local Coupon Clipper Magazine for 15% off your meal too. We like this place!
This restaurant is small but good. We usually get our food to go and it's always ready in about 10 - 15 minutes. My favorite is the pork and broccoli over fried rice, with an egg roll, but it's all good.
We had a great time at Bill's and the video poker at the bar was pretty lucky. We were comped for over 4 hours of play and the bartender was fun to talk to. if you're not really a gambler and want to try a place that is not full of high roller types, try Bill's.
This hotel was really like a mini-cabin, with 2 bedrooms and room to spread out. It wasn't modern or fancy, but had a great location, was quiet and I'd probably stay there again.
Although a bit touristy, this little shopping area is cool to browse through when you're in Sedona. There are shops selling pottery, home decor, clothing and there are restaurants too.
This jeep tour was really fun. If you're afraid to go on one because you think it will hurt your back or jolt your teeth out, don't worry - they don't go real fast. The end of the afternoon is a great time to go, because the lighting is amazing. The red rocks are gorgeous and getting both a history of the area on the tour plus a glimpse of what's on the other side of the rocks really made our trip special.
This restaurant can be found inside Lancaster Airport. They serve not only Italian but also American fare. There are plenty of "light" meals that are the size of lunches if you want to watch your portions as well as keep the cost down.
The food has always been good; try the lasagna!
Carr's Restaurant is right next to Central Market; they use fresh ingredients, many seasonal, and the food is very good. Prices are a little on the high side, but the atmosphere cannot be beat. They also do catering.
