I dropped my Sewing Machine off for Repair on 6/15/09. I have spent over 1-1/2 hours trying to get any information. You have the WORST phone system, bar none. I finally got an answer--they can find no record. She was to directly connect me to the Cupertino Repair where I dropped my machine. It rang so long that it finally disconected! That's it...never again will I shop Sears...the worst customer service ever experienced.
