Heroes and legends is pretty good but not great. It is very dark and has a bit of a pub/dive bar feel at times. The fried twinkies are fantastic but I wouldn't frequent this place for those. It's a fun place to watch a Coug or Zags game but get there early to get a seat by the TVs.
This golf course is gorgeous and totally worth the money. It plays well, has variety and has amazing scenery. If it weren't for the highway running along side of it, it would be perfect.
Firefly is pretty decent and an interesting option given its location. I walk by it everyday but have only had occasion to go there a couple of times. The breakfast is quite good and other meals are alright too. You can also get takeout. The outdoor patio is wonderful but in a more urban feeling neighborhood so isn't always enjoyed as much as it could be.
This place is fantastic!! My father-in-law is what some may call a BBQ connoisseur and this is his favorite place in AZ. The jalapeno cornbread is outstanding and that is only the beginning. Go, try it, love it! And make sure you bring a doggie bag.
As a female golfer I love this course. It plays a little shorter but still has all those fun hills and water hazards to keep the guys busy. It is very hilly so beware if you're walking. I love the third hole!
Unless you're a tourist or with an enthusiastic tourist you should be embarrassed to be seen here. The lines are long and the food is terrible. The bar looks nothing on the inside like the tv show so just walk past it, maybe take your picture in front of the flag and keep walking! They also stamp your hand like you've been branded 'tourist' when you go in and let me tell you, that stamp doesn't come off easily.
Lon's is an incredible restaurant! The service is fantastic and the atmosphere is so cozy and nice I feel like I could eat there every night and love it. The menu is wonderful but the prices reflect how amazing the restaurant is. It is a bit out of the way, also, but it is most definitely worth a try.
What a find! Spikes has amazing all night type of food. The dogs are great but so are the chicken fingers and the rest of their menu. It is a very small place but conveniently located near a few bars and it's great for a between bar stop for a quick bite.
Rubins is pretty good but it's no New York kosher deli. It's basically the only one in Boston so they don't have much competition. But the food is pretty good overall. Nothing to write home about.
I am completely unimpressed. Sel de la Terre is located in the prestigious Mandarin Hotel and has a bit of a reputation with their name but the food and service do not back it up. The service was slow, uninterested and at times annoyed. The food was mediocre at best. Try something a little cheaper and you'll like it twice as much.
