We have been boarding our mini dachshund here for several years. When you first pull in you can see the very large yard for the dogs to play in and you hear the amount of dogs that are they so you feel confident many owners use this place. The staff is always very sweet and asks lots of questions about your pet. When you first walk in don't be fooled!!! Grooming is right there so its going to smell like wet dog, and the entry way is small because the space is better utilized for the animals. My dog always wags her tail as soon as she walks in and loves playing during her stay.
Remember when you board your dog its best to use flea and tick treatment prior to their stay. And also remember that your dog is probably going to smell after leaving. It is a kennel, there are dogs, even when kept clean smells can still linger. Just be a good pet owner and bathe your dog after.
I recommend this place over Petsmarts Petshotels because the people here have been doing this for years. Most petshotel managers simply get a training class and then they are sudden experts. Im not knowing petshotel as ive used them before, but I always feel more comfortable leaving a family member with someone a bit more experience in all different situations.
