This is place has great sandwiches, my favorites are tuna or turkey. They also have pizza, mostacholli and lasagna. The desserts are pretty good too (tiramusu)
Army & Lou's Restaurant is a nice family southern style restaurant. Good service and pretty good food. This is a good restaurant to go to if you have a group of people.
This is the best spa I have ever been too, also the most expensive one as well. The massage table is so comfortable like it's like laying on a cloud, they have a Eucalyptus Steam room and pool. Also, they serve you warm chocolate chip cookies and lemonade. The staff are very good and service oriented. I could have spent all day there. So, if you are willing to spend the money I would recommend this spa.
This daycare is a safe, clean environment for children. The staff are very patience, caring and knowledgeable and really help children with their socialization and development skills. My only problem with Shining Star is I would like them to be more flexible.
I actually enjoyed going to MT for a massage and facial. The staff are pleasant and accommodating, and the atmosphere is calming. They also have a relaxation room were you can wait between services that's very nice.
This is my second favorite pizza. I love Gino's deep dish pizza (the crust is delicious) and Italian Fiesta's thin crust. Gino's has $7.00 lunch special were you can get a mini pizza, salad and drink (not bad).
Uncle Joe's has really good food. I like their catfish platter w/red beans & rice. But, my favorite is the plantains. Maxine's restaurant is way to spicy for my pallet.
Bistro Pacific is nice restaurant for lunch. Their egg rolls are the best I every tasted and I usually order the sweet and sour chicken, and that's really good as well. You can either eat in or carry out. Service is pretty good and the restaurant is nice atmosphere (beautiful fish tank).
Moody's has cheap tasty food. I like their burgers, fries, salads and shrimp basket (nice size shrimps). It's very cozy and dark, and fireplace when it's cold outside. This restaurant has been around for years and is in the Edgewater neighborhood and they have a parking lot.
My husband introduced me to this restaurant and I love chicken basil fried rice (you can get this mild or spicy) and egg rolls. I'm very particular about my egg rolls and Tamarind's a very good. The prices are fairly reasonable as well.
