Their billing is absolutely ridiculous. Upon a recent visit they were given the new insurance card two times on the same day (we switched from BCBS to UnitedHealth) and yet we continue to receive bills indicating that we don't have BCBS. Duh!!!!!!!!!! we told them that when we gave them the UH card. Then when I called about it, one person (Candice) gave me a hard time and hung up the phone when I asked her name. I had to call back to get this resolved. Also, they give out drugs way to easy.
