Mc Loone's Riverside Dining
When dining at McLoone??s Restaurant, there is a great view of the Shrewsbury River and the facility is very nice. However, I am more interested in the food. I ordered a bowl of beef stew. The beef tips were very tender and the stew had a good taste. The stew came to me in a large bowl, which was very deceptive. There was a huge piece of rectangular shaped bread in the center. I would have preferred that they leave the bread out and provide more beef stew. My wife ordered a crab cake dinner. The crab cakes were very small and very dry and tasteless. The asparagus was somewhat tough and the garlic mashed potatoes were no comparison to the garlic mashed potatoes at the Outback Restaurant. I usually do not complain about the service. When I am at a sit down restaurant, I look at that as a chance to relax. If you are expecting a MARYLAND CRAB CAKE at this restaurant, you will be disappointed.
