haha i had quite the laugh today! as a personal trainer myself not working but a member of WOW, i was giving advice to a young lady when somewhat politely interrupted by a trainer, Jason, who immediately gave horrible advice. he recommended NOT doing hip abductor and adductor muscles because they only work a small muscle (???) and instead should do Squats, Sumo Squats, and Lunges (usually incorrectly). And then had her continue to an intense workout minus stretching or any other form of warm up :) i just thought it was hilarious how horribly untrained these trainers are. Paying $500 for a course does not make you a GOOD trainer, just A trainer. and another rule, lol never take advice from a trainer who's 1) out of shape 2) a smoker 3) rude. best wishes!!
