I am very disappointed in this hospital as of recently. I have never seen such a high turn over rate in such a short period of time. Everytime I bring my dogs there they see someone new. I just went there last week and its all new faces! What is going on there? I miss the old days when doctors stayed at practices for years. At Lancaster its seems as if I am lucky to see the same doctor twice without finding out, "Oh they left but we have this new wonderful doctor, you will love him/her." I cant walk out of there without paying 400-500 dollars per each dog for their yearly check up. Come on and get a grip people!! These animals are our pets and I feel I need to save up for a vacation every year just for their check ups.
There is a new manager and chief of staff. The woman Kerry, she is very high energy, and I have to say very sarcastic/fake. And I also was able to meet the chief of staff. He seemed nice, sense of humor but I felt as if I did not get my money worth with him. Very vauge with me, did not explain vaccines or preventatives. I had to ask questions I felt as if I should not have.
I brought my dog there last week and again very disappointed! It smelt musty/mildew and it did not look well kept. There was boards up on one side of the main enterance, the receptionist told me someone drove through the window on accident but everyone was ok. "It sounded like a bomb went off."
I would have never had an experience like this at the vet 4 years ago.
Is this how all vets are turning into now a days? Cold, selfish, and uncaring? I am crushed!
