I would never. ever. buy a gown from Katarina Bridal. We had an appt at 2pm, when we arrived the woman said she was to busy at the moment, so we should just looked around. We picked several gowns to try and wandered around the cluttered, musty store for a while before the woman came back to see how we were. She told us that I could start trying on dresses in a moment, because while we were waiting for her to help us, a little flower girl and a bridesmaid came in for their 2:30 appt. and needed a fitting. We finally got the dressing room at 2:55. The woman shoved the dresses at me and left. My mom & I were forced to tug the dresses on ourselves and attempt to fit them. At five past three the seamstress came in and asked us if we could leave soon, since she had a bride who had a fitting at 3pm and needed the dressing room. I have never been treated this rudely at a bridal store before. Since the place is such a dump, you'd think they'd need as much business as possible. The place smell like a mixture of dead flowers and mold, the dresses are packed together and the staff is rude and very unhelpful. Even if I found the gown of my dreams (which you never know, if I had been given the chance to try everything on, i might have!) I would never give this store my money.
