I took my mother-in-law's "dead" computer in for repair last week. The problem was that we could not get to boot up. We were impressed with the the staff because they quickly eased our concerns with assurances that they would do everything they could to repair the computer as cost effectively as possible. After a thorough diagnostic, and an hour's worth of re-configuring, the computer is once again up and running. The service included taking the computer by my mother-in-law's house to hook the wires back up and ensuring the computer was up and running for her before the technician left the house. All in all, a very positive experience. We have found a company that we can rely on for our computer needs.
